1. Formulated daily, weekly and monthly production plans of the workshop according to the overall production plan and capacity, and ensured that the plan was completed on time and in quantity;

2. Responsible for supervising the implementation of the production plan, making statistical data and reporting;
3. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of material storage and supporting equipment in the production process, and ensure the production schedule;
4. Timely deal with abnormal situations in production to ensure the continuity of production;
5. Responsible for on-site 6S management and staff training in the workshop;

6. Cooperate with other departments to carry out work and do a good job in horizontal communication.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than 5 years of equivalent experience in cotton hosiery industry, overseas assignment to Vietnam is no doubt meaningful;
2. Familiar with production process, proficient in production planning, material control and cost management;
3. Proficient in computer office software.

Responsibility:

1. Carry out equipment fault maintenance according to production needs to ensure the normal operation of equipment;

2. Regularly carried out daily maintenance and maintenance of production equipment, and handled abnormal machine work;
3. Responsible for the guidance and training of equipment operation, use and maintenance;
4. Supervise the gear shifter to strictly implement the operating rules of the equipment;
5. Responsible for the application, deployment, storage and application of machine equipment accessories and other tools;
6. Responsible for safe production and site 6s;

7. Do a good job in the training of machine repair staff.

Requirements:

1, more than 5 years of machine repair experience, 2 years or more of the same position experience, management experience is preferred, foreign assignment to Vietnam is no doubt meaningful;
2. Proficient in the relevant skills of Lonati, Kaiqiang and other cotton socks machinery and equipment;
3. Bear hardships and stand hard work.

Responsibility:

1. Assist in formulating and optimizing quality control processes and specifications, and supervise their implementation;

2. Responsible for the analysis, treatment, judgment and summary of defective products in the production process;
3. Cooperate with the business to inspect goods, and make relevant preparations in advance;
4. Perform customer maintenance, strictly implement customer requirements, timely handle complaints and take effective measures;

5. Responsible for the communication and coordination of relevant departments and the management of on-site 6S and staff skill training in the workshop.

Requirements:

1. High school degree or above;
2.At least 5 years experience in cotton hosiery industry in the same position.
3.Master the operation standards of each process, semi-finished products and finished product grade criteria, familiar with loom equipment, product operation and other related skills.

Responsibility:

1. Fully responsible for the production of post-finishing workshop of cotton socks factory;

2. Responsible for determining the production plan and management of the second inspection and packaging teams, and ensuring the completion of production tasks with quality and quantity guarantee;
3. Responsible for tracking production materials and schedule, ensuring the continuity and balance of production, and timely feeding back problems that cannot be solved within production;
4. Supervise and guide on-site equipment management and daily maintenance work;

5. Responsible for handling and coordinating production anomalies in the workshop.

Requirements:

1. Around 30-45 years old; High school degree or above;
2、At least 5 years experience in cotton hosiery industry, at least 2 years post-finishing workshop management experience;
3、Good computer skills;
4、Can be assigned to work in Vietnam.

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the production and operation management of the cotton hosiery weaving workshop, including but not limited to the implementation of the production plan, workshop emergencies, process conditions, first sample confirmation, etc.;

2、Responsible for the quality management of the whole workshop, supervise the staff to do the quality management in the production process;
3、Responsible for the joint work of workshop inspection;
4、Have cost awareness, do a good job in cost control;

5、5S management and safety management on site.

1. More than 10 years of experience in cotton socks industry, more than 3 years in the same position;
2、Double needle, single needle model is relatively familiar with;
3、Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility;
4、Have the intention to develop in Vietnam.

Requirements:

1. More than 3 years working experience in printing technology, familiar with printing production technology and process, and have the ability of technical operation and technical guidance;
2、Be familiar with and proficient in the operation of large automatic offset printing equipment;
3、Have the basic knowledge of underwear and making, have the sense of quality.

Responsibility:

Responsible for underwear sewing operation.

Requirements:

18-40 years old, junior high school degree or above, hard-working, able to work overtime.

Be responsible for the inspection operation of underwear stitching.
