4. Maintain dyeing process, deal with complaints timely and take effective measures;

5. Responsible for the communication and coordination of relevant departments and the management of on-site 6S and staff skill training in the workshop.

Requirements:

1. High school degree or above;
2. More than 10 years dyeing technology management experience, willing to work in Vietnam;
3. Master production process and technical management, familiar with dyeing process operation, technical standards and other related knowledge.

Responsibility:

1. Mainly responsible for pattern making, pattern making, training, troubleshooting of sewing problems in workshop, coordination and docking between workshop and workshop, pre-production sample review and process risk assessment, and docking and coordination with domestic sewing technical departments;

2. Organize and revise the sewing technical standards, processes, systems and objectives of the factory, put them into practice and continuously optimize them;
3. Guided, assisted and deployed the daily work of the department, followed up the work progress, and coordinated with domestic technology;
4. Anomaly handling of technical department, internal and external coordination and communication;
5. Responsible for technical evaluation and confirmation of internal and external samples and technical data to ensure the feasibility of rapid batch production;

6. Continuously improve technology and process to meet production efficiency and customer quality requirements.

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of sewing experience in knitted underwear or swimsuit factory;
2. Proficient in and able to review sewing technology and formulate technical specifications;
3. Proficient in garment plate-making technology and proofing technology, able to make plate-proofing practical operation;
4. Proficient in the whole process operation from customer style drawing to technology, plate making, sewing and quotation.

3. Cooperate with the business to inspect goods, and make relevant preparations in advance;
4. Do a good job in customer maintenance, strictly implement customer requirements, timely deal with complaints and take effective measures;

5. Responsible for the communication and coordination of relevant departments and the management of on-site 6S and staff skill training in the workshop.

Requirements:

1. High school degree or above;
2. More than 10 years of experience in cotton socks industry, more than 3 years of experience in management position, willing to work in Vietnam;
3. Master the operation standards of each process, semi-finished products and finished product grade criteria, familiar with loom equipment, product quality management and other related skills.

Responsibility:

Requirements:

2. More than 10 years of technical management experience in cotton socks industry, more than 3 years of management experience, willing to work in Vietnam;
3. Master production process and technical management, familiar with loom equipment, process operation, technical standards and other related knowledge.

Responsibility:

1. Fully responsible for the production of post-finishing workshop of cotton socks factory;

2. Responsible for determining the production plan and management of the second inspection and packaging teams, and ensuring the completion of production tasks with quality and quantity guarantee;
3. Responsible for tracking production materials and schedule, ensuring the continuity and balance of production, and timely feeding back problems that cannot be solved within production;
4. Supervise and guide on-site equipment management and daily maintenance work;

5. Responsible for handling and coordinating production anomalies in the workshop.

Requirements:

1. Around 30-45 years old; High school degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of cotton socks industry experience, more than 2 years of post-finishing workshop management experience;
3. Proficient in computer operation;
4. Can be assigned to work in Vietnam.

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the production and operation management of the cotton hosiery weaving workshop, including but not limited to the implementation of the production plan, workshop emergencies, process conditions, first sample confirmation, etc.;

2. Responsible for the quality management of the whole workshop and supervising the staff to do a good job of quality management in the production process;
3. Responsible for the docking and cooperation of workshop inspection;
4. Have cost awareness and do a good job in cost control;

5. 5S management and safety management on site.

Requirements:

1. More than 10 years of experience in cotton socks industry, more than 3 years in the same position;
2. Relatively familiar with the models of double needle and single needle;
3. Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Intention to go to Vietnam for development.

Responsibility:

Responsible for the position operation of spot plastic production process.

Requirements:

1. High school degree or above, more than 5 years of cotton socks embroidery experience, it is no doubt meaningful to send abroad to Vietnam;
2. Familiar with the production process, proficient in the knowledge of spot plastic;
3, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibility:

Be responsible for the operation of embroidery position, and be able to repair embroidery machine.

Requirements:

1、High school degree or above, more than 5 years experience in cotton socks embroidery position, it is no doubt meaningful to send to Vietnam;
2, familiar with the production process, proficient in embroidery knowledge, and required to repair the machine;
3, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibility:

1. Formulated daily, weekly and monthly production plans of the workshop according to the overall production plan, capacity and quality, and ensured that the plan was completed on time and in quantity;

2. Responsible for supervising the implementation of production plan and quality completion, making statistical data and reporting;
3. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of material storage and supporting equipment in the production process, and ensure the production schedule;
4. Timely deal with abnormal situations in production to ensure the continuity of production and stability of quality;
5. Responsible for on-site 6S management and staff training in the workshop;

6. Cooperate with other departments to carry out work and do a good job in horizontal communication.

Requirements:

1. High school degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in quality planning in spandex factory, it is no doubt meaningful to send overseas to Vietnam;
2. Familiar with production process, proficient in production planning and quality management;
3. Proficient in computer office software.
